Und dieser Duft! Einfach so lecker! Im Herbst gerade wenn es st\u00fcrmt und regnet gibt es f\u00fcr mich kaum etwas Verlockenderes als Waffeln. Wir hatten jahrelang ein uraltes super tolles Waffel Rezept, dass uns aber leider bei unserem Umzug vor ein paar Jahren abhanden gekommen ist. Seit dem sind wir st\u00e4ndig auf der Suche nach einem vergleichbar guten Rezept, und dieses ist schon ganz sch\u00f6n dicht dran. Ich habe es aus dem Klassiker-Backbuch &#8222;Backen&#8220; von Dr. Oetker.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"998\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.ge-sagt.de\/index.php\/ge-backen-creme-fraiche-waffeln\/waffeln-rezept\/\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/www.ge-sagt.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/waffeln-rezept.jpg\" data-orig-size=\"363,251\" data-comments-opened=\"1\" data-image-title=\"waffeln rezept\" data-image-description=\"\" data-image-caption=\"\" data-large-file=\"https:\/\/www.ge-sagt.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/waffeln-rezept.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-998\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ge-sagt.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/waffeln-rezept.jpg\" alt=\"waffeln rezept\" width=\"363\" height=\"251\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alle Zutaten zusammen f\u00fcgen und gut verr\u00fchren. Wer m\u00f6chte gibt noch einen kleinen Schu\u00df Rum hinzu und schon kann es ans Backen gehen. Pro Waffel braucht man etwa eine Suppenkelle. Weil wir relativ selten solche Menge an Creme fraiche in unserem Haushalt haben, haben wir das Rezept auch schon oft mit Yoghurt gemacht. Allerdings nichts im Vergleich zu Montag, da ging es in Hamburg richtig rund. Wir leben in einem Hinterhof und es befindet sich jetzt ein lustiges Sammelsorium an Sitzkissen, Blument\u00f6pfen, Sichtsch\u00fctzen etc. aus den umliegenden Balkonen im Hof, h\u00fcbsch zusammengepustet in eine Ecke. Zum Gl\u00fcck haben wir keine Sturmsch\u00e4den zu beklagen. Wie sieht es bei Euch aus?
